O2 Boostboxes are confirmed to work with all Wessex Internet connections.
Boostboxes are generally plug & play.
You will need to configure and activate the Boostbox with O2, and this may have to be done over the phone as unlike Vodafone, they do not have a website to activate or configure the Boostbox.
It may take a few minutes or hours after registering the Boostbox for it to operate.
You will also have to register and record every O2 mobile number that would like to use the Boostbox by contacting O2 over the phone . It will not 'boost' unregistered O2 numbers.
The Boostbox will also not boost the mobile signal of other operators (e.g. Vodafone, Three or EE).
Wessex Internet doesn't provide support to end customers if your Boostbox doesn't work, as they are not sold by us.
They are plug and play, and just work! We can't do anything to get them to work if they stop working.
