Billing Period

Our billing period runs calendar monthly.

New Customers

Unless your service was installed and billed on the 1st day of the month, your first bill will be for a partial month. Prorated subscription charges will apply from your date of connection to the end of the current calendar month. Naturally, any installation or one-off charges will be billed in full.

Existing Customers

If you are an existing customer and have previously received your first invoice, your next regular invoice will be sent and dated the 1st of the month. The charges cover service for the current month.

If you have purchased any additional data bundles or if any data overages have been added to your account, these will be charged in arrears on your next month's bill.

Data Allowance Period

If your subscription has a data allowance, the data allowance ties in with your billing period and therefore runs calendar monthly as well.

For new customers, we do not prorate the data allowance. So if you joined on the last day of the month, we will provide you 100% of the monthly data allowance for that last day.

For existing customers, your usage from the previous month resets at 00:01 on the 1st day of the next calendar month. Your allowance follows the calendar month.
